Hello all, hope you all are doing good, In June last year I completed a decade of equity investing, i.e 10 years back i made my first equity purchase, over the years i have learnt a few lessons, so i made a quick post about it, please take a look at it. Ten years of Mutual Fund investing, what are my returns?
Now a quick update on the portfolio
Emergency Fund: For some renovation works, i had to pull out money from this corpus. Overall XIRR as of today is around 5.14%.
Retirement: Market has been going no where in the last few months, i have not changed my strategy, just kept my investments going. Direct equity is now 4.51% of the equity portfolio.
Equity MF XIRR for this goal is 13.81%
Child’s Education: Same here as well, no change in strategy, just kept my investments going
Equity MF XIRR for this goal is 13.29%
